Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, performance-driven Paid Media Specialist who can take ownership of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate has a rare mix of analytical and creative ability, understands the customer journey end-to-end, and can single-handedly execute, manage, and optimize campaigns — including building landing pages from scratch.

 

You should be ready to own your function and even lead the digital marketing department independently, if required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Extend reach through TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other emerging social ad platforms.
  • Own the full paid funnel — from awareness to conversion — optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and lead quality.
  • Landing Page Ownership
  • Design and develop high-converting landing pages, including layout, copy, and technical setup (using platforms like Webflow, Unbounce, or similar).
  • Conduct A/B tests, heat mapping, and performance tracking to optimize conversion rates.
  • Strategy & Analytics
  • Build performance strategies across multiple clients and verticals.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Report directly to leadership with forecasting, budget tracking, and performance breakdowns.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and dev teams to align messaging and customer experience.
  • Be confident enough to run the department autonomously if needed — lead, train, and mentor junior staff as the team scales.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in Google and Meta, ideally for e-commerce, luxury, and/or high-value service brands.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a major plus.
  • Proficient in landing page tools (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce) — can build pages without external dev support.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, funnel mapping, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • SEO knowledge to ensure campaigns complement organic efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills — fluent with Google Analytics, GTM, and dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, solution-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Agency experience is a major advantage.
