We are actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Marketing (SMM), with a proven track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page and off-page)

 

Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid search campaigns to ensure maximum ROI

 

Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement

 

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends

 

Monitor and report on website traffic, search rankings, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush

 

Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented

 

Identify opportunities for improving organic traffic and conversions through continuous testing and data-driven insights

 

Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in the digital marketing landscape

 

Optimize landing pages and website structure to improve quality score and user experience

 

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management

 

Requirements:

 

2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing

 

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media management tools

 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus

 

Excellent communication and reporting abilities

 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

 

UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory
