A growing organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to join its team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, website management, e-commerce operations, and customer relationship management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, managing online stores and websites, supporting CRM and ERP platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business growth. Candidates with hands-on experience in Shopify, WordPress, SEO, and paid advertising platforms are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels

• Track leads, conversions, and campaign ROI while preparing performance reports

• Administer and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites

• Manage e-commerce operations, product listings, updates, and website content

• Develop and schedule social media content across relevant platforms

• Provide CRM, Zoho, and Odoo system support and troubleshooting

• Assist with IT-related technical support and system maintenance

• Monitor website performance, user engagement, and digital marketing metrics

• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for business improvement

Requirements:

• Proven UAE experience in digital marketing, website administration, and e-commerce management

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation strategies

• Experience managing Shopify and e-commerce platforms

• Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce administration
