Title: Digital & Social Media Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE – HO
Contract: Temporary (October 2021- April 2022)
Position Summary
Support the Nestlé MENA EXPO 2020 team to coordinate, and execute digital and social media communication for Nestlé @ EXPO 2020 to inform and inspire the public about Nestlé Purpose and Values and bring to life Nestlé commitments and stories, with the aim to build trust externally.
A day in the life of...
- Define information needs, develop and implement digital and social media communications plan for Nestlé participation @ EXPO, in line with Nestlé Purpose and Values, Nestlé EXPO narrative, and EXPO activity calendars.
- Manage external communication projects for EXPO and amplify stories on digital and social platforms: Nestlé EXPO microsite, Nestlé social platforms (facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIN), employee advocacy program, and Nestlé Corporate Website.
- Manage and create quality external communication engaging content such as stories, social assets, images, texts, infographics, videos, to implement on different channels for Nestlé, the Swiss Pavillion, and EXPO. This also includes community management and live broadcasting.
- Coordinate between the different agencies, and support the Corporate Communication team to deliver on the projects and activations and drive speed in implementation.
- Liaise with the MENA e-Business team, and with the Nestlé Global digital team, to ensure communication is in line with best in class ways of working, tools, assets, and branding.
- Closely monitors eBusiness metrics & key performance indicators through the dashboards and take the corrective actions in a proactive way and timely manner.
