👋 Welcoming customers, understanding their service needs, and directing them to the appropriate service officer.
📲 Promoting our online licensing services through the digital portal.
💻 Guiding customers through the digital licensing process using an assigned tablet.
🤝 Collaborating with supervisors to implement and improve digital services and initiatives.
🌟 Ensuring the highest level of customer service to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
📊 Measuring the success of digital initiatives and working with management to improve services.
📝 Taking on additional tasks as required by the management team.

Requirements:
🌍 Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
💡Open to freshers who are passionate about digital transformation.
