Description:
Qualification: Bachelor`s Degree In Civil / Structural/GIS/Remote Sensing/Geo-informatics.
- Must be from Structural/Civil background with knowledge of GIS and Digital Twin.
- Executes all aspects of 2D and 3D for overall BIM services.
- Should have depth knowledge on BIM.
- Executes all aspects of GIS – such as modelling or integration – while following the Organization’s Standards and any other protocols, as set out by the GIS Vendor / Representatives / Subject-matter experts.
- Works closely with the Engineering teams and has proficiency in interpreting engineering documentation.
- Performing strategy for project execution.
- Assists in the preparation of progress Reports.
- Proactively adds value to the project by learning advanced GIS techniques and facilitating the GIS process.
- Broad knowledge of UAE building standards, building technology and construction.
- Strong knowledge of asset management for operation and maintenance.
