Description:

As a Direct Sales Agent for Personal Loans, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our client’s range of personal loan products to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored loan solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

§ Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels.

§ Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' financial requirements.

§ Present and promote personal loan products to individuals, ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions.

 

Relationship Building:

§ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

§ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Product Knowledge:

§ Stay updated on the features, benefits, and terms of personal loan products.

§ Clearly communicate product details to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.

 

Sales Targets:

§ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

§ Implement effective sales strategies to maximize opportunities and achieve individual and team goals.

 

Documentation and Compliance:

§ Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure accurate documentation.

§ Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies to ensure compliance.

 

Qualifications:

§ Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in the financial services sector.

§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

§ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

§ Knowledge of personal loan products and financial services.

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

§ Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

Education and Experience:

§ High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.

§ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
