The company is looking for energetic candidates with proven UAE outdoor sales experience, preferably within credit card or financial product sales, who can confidently approach customers, generate leads, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor and direct sales activities across assigned locations in Dubai

• Approach potential customers and promote company products and services professionally

• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales opportunities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets as assigned by management

• Provide accurate product information and address customer queries effectively

• Maintain daily sales reports and update management on field activities

• Work independently in field environments while meeting performance expectations

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processing and follow-ups

• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor or direct sales within the UAE market

• Prior experience in credit card sales is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment

• Good understanding of customer engagement and sales techniques
