Director Corporate Finance

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to join our senior leadership team. As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our holding company. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and long-term objectives.

·        Lead and manage the finance department, including a team of financial professionals.

·        Monitor and report on the financial performance of the company, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

·        Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

·        Manage financial risk, including investment strategies and capital allocation.

·        Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

·        Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

·        Oversee cash management, treasury functions, and financial systems.

·        Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

·        Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

·        Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CMA/ CFA or CPA is a plus.

·        Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.

·        Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proven track record of driving financial success and achieving business goals.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·        Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
