Work Responsibilities:

• Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing departments
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new services, etc.
• Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as influencers, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
• Conduct general market research to level with trends and competitor’s marketing movements
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
• Prepare performance reports and directly works with the Chief Marketing Officer

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• An advanced degree is preferred: BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
• Preferably three to five years of experience in a leadership role
