Distinguished Expert Advisor

Description:

We are currently seeking a Distinguished Expert Advisor – Seismic to support a strategic exploration program in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be a highly accomplished geoscience professional with more than 25 years of experience in seismic interpretation and exploration geophysics, recognized for providing expert technical guidance on complex subsurface and exploration challenges.

Key qualifications include:

• Extensive expertise in 3D seismic interpretation, seismic stratigraphy, structural and stratigraphic analysis, seismic attributes, and well-to-seismic integration.

• Proven experience in play-based exploration evaluations, prospect maturation, and exploration risk reduction.

• Strong understanding of Arabian Gulf petroleum systems, including carbonate and clastic reservoirs.

• Previous experience across Abu Dhabi and/or the wider Middle East region.

• Proficiency in Petrel and Techlog.

• Demonstrated industry recognition through technical publications, conference presentations, and professional contributions.
