Document Controller

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing documents for teams, departments, and project authority submissions.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in roles such as administrator or office manage

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Create systems to manage documents.

• Having experience in work permits applications for authorities approvals (Nakheel, Trakhees, DM,DDA, DCD..).

• Ensure all documents are reviewed and up-to-date.

• Print and distribute copies as needed.

• Handle files across different departments.

• Conduct audits to ensure records are being followed.

• Train employees on how to use and access documents.

• Communicate and collaborate with other teams.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a relevant field.

• Detail-oriented and strong data organization skills.

• Analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions.

• Time management skills.

• Typing and editing skills.

• Ability to follow procedures exactly.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

• Proven work experience in a similar role.

• Certification or training in Document Control
