Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing documentation systems and ensuring efficient control and distribution of records across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and maintain company documents in both physical and digital formats.
Implement and ensure adherence to document control procedures.
Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for quick and easy retrieval of documents.
Track, issue, and distribute documents internally and to external stakeholders as needed.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure documentation is up to date and accurately maintained across all ongoing projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in document control or a similar administrative capacity.
Strong knowledge of document management procedures and systems.
High level of proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
