Document Controller

 

Description:

The Design District Décor LLC, a leading provider of high-end interior design and fit-out solutions for commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects, is currently hiring a Document Controller to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a well-organized and detail-driven professional who will be responsible for managing all project-related documentation and ensuring timely and efficient communication across internal departments, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of all project documents, drawings, and official correspondences
• Ensure document accuracy, accessibility, and regular updates
• Oversee the flow of documents between internal teams, consultants, and clients
• Track document versions, transmittals, and maintain revision logs
• Implement and uphold company’s document control policies
• Assist project teams in locating and retrieving required documentation
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and formal submissions
• Provide support in preparing and submitting tender documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in document control within interior fit-out or construction sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control platforms (e.g., SharePoint or similar)
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
