Description:

Binyaber Driving Institute is hiring a highly organized and detail-focused Document Controller to manage and maintain all institutional records, filing systems, and documentation processes. The role requires strong control over sensitive data and ensures smooth administrative operations within a structured training environment.

This position is ideal for candidates experienced in document handling, record management, and administrative coordination, especially in educational or training institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize structured document control systems and filing frameworks

• Manage institutional records, ensuring accuracy, proper storage, and easy retrieval

• Ensure compliance with documentation standards, confidentiality rules, and internal policies

• Handle student records, ensuring all files are complete, accurate, and up to date

• Support record retention processes and maintain secure data management practices

• Organize training materials, course content, and operational documentation

• Ensure instructors and staff have easy access to required materials

• Manage driving license documentation, applications, and tracking updates

• Coordinate with relevant authorities such as RTA when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or records management

• Strong organizational ability with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems

• Understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and data security practices

• UAE/Dubai experience preferred
