We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Documentation Assistant / Clerk to join our Human Resources team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining employee records, organizing documents, and supporting various HR projects to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records (both digital and hard copies) in an organized and confidential manner.

  • Help organize and file important documents to ensure easy retrieval.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required by the team.

  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary.

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
