Description:
We are #hiring a well Experienced DRAFTSMAN with at least minimum 4 years’ experience in the same field in interior FIT OUT Company.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing and plot architectural and interior design drawings.
- Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings.
- Preparing tender, construction, as built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design, furniture drawings.
- Prepare all drawings for Execution of the interior works as per design.
- Preparing the material List as per BOQ.
- Producing large scale documentation packages
- Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
- Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans and 3D plans, Shop drawing detailed.
- Preparing shop drawing for mainly Gypsum, joinery, interior fit out details and etc.
- Communicating with designers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-6 years’ experience in the same field.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop & Sketch up.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent mathematical ability and technical understanding.
- Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
- UAE experience is a MUST.
