Description:
We have an opportunity for Draughtsman for an Interior, Fit-out & Contracting Company in Dubai. Details of the requirement is as stated below.
Educational & Technical Requirements :
- BSc in Engineering, Architecture, Design or degree from a technical college
- Additional certification from the American Design Drafting Association (ADDA) is a plus
- Experience with computational design is a plus
- Understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
- Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions) – 3-5 Years (Preferable)
- Working hands on knowledge of CAD software, drawing programs, and 3D modeling tools. 3-5 Years (Preferable).
- Must be an expert in use of software: AutoCAD / 3Ds Max / Revit /Maya / VRay / Corona/ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and any other graphic or rendering software. Should have a high degree of Flexibility.
- Good math skills
- Draftsman with experience in architectural drawings, interior fit-out, joinery shop drawing detailing, and carpentry fit-out industry.
- Preparing architectural drawings mainly joinery & interior fit out.
- Able to prepared and submit drawings to Dubai Municipality, Nakheel & Trakhees, DCD and DDA. (Preferable)
- Excellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles.
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Sample of work must be shared for the interview
