Description:

Black Swan Business Setup Services is seeking a reliable and experienced PRO/Driver to join its growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will handle government liaison responsibilities while ensuring efficient and safe transportation of company personnel and documents.

Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and process visa, license, and other government-related documentation with authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Free Zones, and Banks.
✅ Submit and collect various documents from public and private sector offices as required.
✅ Provide safe and punctual transportation for staff, clients, and official materials.
✅ Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring regular servicing and adherence to RTA regulations.
✅ Assist in day-to-day administrative and support tasks when needed.

Requirements:
🔹 Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
🔹 2–3 years of proven experience as a PRO/Driver within the UAE.
🔹 Strong knowledge of UAE government processes, roads, and traffic rules.
🔹 Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu will be an advantage.
🔹 Excellent communication skills, professional conduct, and a proactive attitude.
