Drone Pilot

Description:

Sky I Aerial Photography specializes in high-end aerial cinematography and photography for film, TV, commercials, and real estate. We are hiring experienced drone pilots to join our growing production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate professional drones (Inspire, Matrice, FPV, etc.) for aerial filming/photography.

• Plan and execute missions with pre-flight checks, risk assessments, and GCAA compliance.

• Collaborate with directors and crews to capture cinematic shots under tight schedules.

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring safe operations in complex environments.

• Deliver consistent high-quality footage and stills for varied industries.

Requirements

• Valid GCAA/UAE Drone Pilot License (or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and flight permissions.

• Proven experience with DJI/professional drone systems in production settings.

• Skilled in aerial cinematography, flight planning, GPS/geofencing, and KMZ/KML use.

• Portfolio/showreel of professional aerial work (film, TV, advertising, or real estate).

• Safety-focused, adaptable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
