Description:
izi.TRAVEL is seeking a skilled Drupal Ecommerce Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will work on building, customizing and maintaining our Drupal-based travel website and other client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and functionalities for our ecommerce website using Drupal, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Customize existing Drupal modules or build custom modules to extend site functionality
- Integrate payment gateways and other third-party services into the site
- Optimize site performance, enhance security, speed, and scalability
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement software features
- Write clean, maintainable code and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs in existing site features and functionality
- Keep up to date with the latest Drupal technologies and trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Drupal 8/9/10 development
- Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS skills
- Experience with Drupal modules like Commerce, Rules, Views etc.
- Understanding of web standards and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Knowledge of Git version control system
- Experience with AWS, Docker or other DevOps tools
- Contribution to Drupal modules
