Description:
A real estate brokerage based out of Emaar Business Park, Dubai is seeking Dubai Hills Specialist:
- Six months to two years' experience of Onboarding, appraising, selling and renting units at Dubai Hills Estate.
- Excellent knowledge of the area and amenities, proximity, connectivity, specifications, sizes, layouts and unique aspects.
- Excellent understanding of the demographics and requirements of buyers and tenants who approach the area.
- Excellent Dubai Hills landlord relations and contacts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and marketing skills.
- Should be well versed with all forms of modern marketing techniques and strategies including social media, property portals etc.
- Should be open to collaborating on deals and treat sales and rentals deals in equal measure.
- Appreciable track record of sales and rentals in the area.
- Can expect excellent marketing and administrative support along with an empowering work setting.
