You will manage daily operations, optimize listings, and execute high-impact campaigns to grow our e-commerce business in the competitive beauty market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, well-branded, and designed to convert beauty-conscious consumers.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers in alignment with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales, increase visibility, and enhance the user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in e-commerce and cosmetics retail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding online sales targets.
- Strong expertise in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and other marketplace platforms.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce SEO, digital merchandising, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and platform reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- A passion for beauty, skincare, and digital retail is essential.
