Description:
As part of the E-commerce team, the intern will be responsible for effectively supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product reception to publishing on the online store.
He/she also looks at ways to improve the operational processes while maximizing the customer experience, as well as full management of categories.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- End to end management of product uploads, including stock management, pricing & inventory, resizing of images, product copy & category tagging
- Writing and uploading all website copy, including product, homepage, category, brand & campaign copy.
- Uploading banners on the homepage in a timely manner, as well as brand & category page banners
- Category management, creating & populating new categories, as well as edits & brand pages
- Driving sales through merchandising by optimizing of taxonomy, filters, category merchandising & onsite search
- Working with the demand planner to track inventory levels for all stock online, as well as products to be featured in marketing exposure & onsite communications
- Responsible for site product navigation maintenance as necessary, reviewing all links are working correctly
- Ad hoc competitor analysis
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- College student or fresh graduate.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving & tech systems skills (Excel, Google workspace)
- Capable of proposing practice, end to end process, and quality improvements
- Creative problem solver
