Ecommerce Operations Manager

Description:

• The eCommerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives.
• This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.
• This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Stores, Delivery, Customer Care, IT & Financial Services.
• This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
• This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or logistics.
• 5 + years of relevant work experience; within a similar eCommerce role, preferring candidates worked in Flipkart, Talabat, Grofers who dealt with quick delivery.
• Management experience in operations, preferable in Grocery retail, including positions of leadership.
• End to end process management experience.
