We’re hiring a high-impact AI-Native Growth Marketer to lead end-to-end growth across three fast-scaling brands: CrenceTech (IT Services), StaffViz (B2B SaaS), and StreamlineHCI (Healthcare Solutions).

This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone who operates AI-first by default—building systems, automations, and scalable growth engines powered by AI.

You will own lead generation, paid acquisition, organic growth, and go-to-market execution, using AI to maximize output, efficiency, and results.

What You’ll Do1. Own End-to-End Growth Strategy

  • Design and execute AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Build ICPs, personas, and messaging using AI tools
  • Launch campaigns across multiple markets and industries

2. Drive Paid Lead Generation

  • Manage campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
  • YouTube Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Continuously optimize CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Use AI to generate, test, and scale ad creatives and copy

3. Build AI-Driven Organic Growth Engine

  • Develop SEO strategy using AI tools (Surfer, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Create scalable content systems (not just individual pieces)
  • Automate content production, publishing, and optimization

4. Lead AI-Powered Outbound & Lead Gen

  • Build outbound pipelines using tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist
  • Create hyper-personalized email & LinkedIn outreach at scale
  • Implement AI-based lead scoring and enrichment

5. Automate Everything Possible

  • Design workflows using Make, Zapier, or n8n
  • Reduce manual effort through AI agents and automation pipelines
  • Build systems that scale with minimal human input

6. Analyze & Optimize Performance

  • Track full-funnel metrics using GA4, Search Console, CRM dashboards
  • Continuously improve performance using data and AI insights

Must-Have: AI-First Mindset

This role is strictly for candidates who actively use AI in their daily work.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • AI-driven GTM planning
  • Automated marketing workflows
  • AI-generated content and campaigns
  • Scalable systems (not manual execution)

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth or digital marketing
  • Proven results in paid campaigns and lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Experience building automation pipelines
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and outbound strategy
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
