We're Hiring: Electrical Engineer – Copper Manufacturing Plant | Dubai, UAE
📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

💼 Position: Electrical Engineer
💼 Experience Required: 7 to 10+ years
🎓 Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering (English speaking required)

Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Execution Planning – Plan and execute all Project operation and maintenance activities assigned, ensuring the maintenance of various parameters during project operation in the respective area.
⚡ Copper Plant Operations – The Copper Induction Furnace & Associated Facility experience is mandatory requirements.
🔍 Technical Review – Review of electrical technical specifications of the 2x5 Ton copper induction furnace project with associated facilities, including plate mill, continuous caster, rolling mill, and plant utility system.
📅 Project Management – Align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate results. Presentations Skills mandatory.
Prepare project schedules, monitor, and update them regularly.
🛠️ Drawing Preparation & Review – Use AutoCAD for the preparation of drawings and review
🤝 Coordination – Plan, work, and coordinate with superiors for various activities at the factory premises. Coordinate with various contractors involved in the project.
📃 Contract Preparation – The contract drafting should have extra advantage

Desired Profile:
✅ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Fluent in English.
✅ Experience: 7-10+ years in similar projects (Copper Induction Furnace, Copper Plant Operations, etc.).
✅ Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must thrive in a dynamic environment.
✅ Work Ethic: Comfortable working long hours (10-12 hours/day). No overtime, Sundays off.
