Key Responsibilities:

• Control project scope and prevent scope creep.
• Review and approve contractor/consultant organization charts.
• Must have min 5 years of experience to monitor project execution through QA/QC processes.
• Supervise construction, ensuring work aligns with plans and safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and address potential project issues.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure costs stay within the allocated budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
