Electrical Site Engineer

Description:

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in Dubai/UAE.

-In-depth knowledge of DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) regulations, standards, and approval processes.

-Experience in electrical design, testing, installation, or maintenance of power systems (LV/MV).

-Familiarity with DEWA submission procedures, compliance, and inspection requirements.

-Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux) is a plus.

-Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities:

-Design, review, and supervise electrical systems compliant with DEWA regulations.

-Prepare and submit DEWA applications, No-Objection Certificates (NOCs), and technical documents.

-Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and DEWA authorities for project approvals.

-Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to DEWA standards and safety codes.

-Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical solutions.
