Electrical Site Engineer

Royal Advance Electromechanical Works L.L.C is currently looking to appoint a competent and experienced Electrical Site Engineer – MEP to oversee and manage the execution of electrical and ELV works on major project sites. The role focuses on ensuring all site activities are carried out in line with approved drawings, project specifications, QA/QC standards, HSE requirements, and local authority regulations.

This position requires strong on-site coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple systems while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of LV systems including lighting, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm systems, and ELV works such as CCTV, access control, BMS, and related systems.
• Ensure all electrical works are executed strictly in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate effectively with mechanical, civil, and other engineering disciplines to prevent design or site clashes.
• Monitor daily site progress, workmanship quality, and manpower deployment to achieve project milestones on schedule.
• Prepare, manage, and close MIRs, WIRs, TBMS documentation, and other QA/QC-related records.
• Enforce HSE policies on site and ensure all required permits and safety procedures are fully complied with.
• Assist in testing, commissioning activities, preparation of reports, and smooth project handover to clients.
