Elevator Technician

JIL Lifts & Escalators Cont. LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Elevator Technician to join our team in the UAE.

🔧 Position: Elevator Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of elevators and escalators

• Attend breakdowns and emergency service calls

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults

• Perform repairs, adjustments, and component replacements

• Ensure elevators operate safely and efficiently

• Conduct inspections and identify potential technical issues

• Read and understand electrical/technical drawings and manuals

• Prepare service and maintenance reports

• Follow company safety procedures and UAE site safety requirements

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients when required

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant elevator maintenance/service experience

• Strong knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems

• Experience in troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance

• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals

• Knowledge of elevator safety systems and components

• Experience with major elevator brands is an advantage

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical field preferred

• UAE experience is preferred

• UAE Driving License is an advantage

• Good communication and teamwork skills
