Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ELV Pre-sales Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Security Camera, and ICT (Networking and Telephony) System. As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating proposals and solutions, and working on technical submittals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to comprehend their ELV and ICT needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive pre-sales strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Design and propose ELV and ICT solutions that address client specifications, incorporating relevant products and technologies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical submital, and documentation to showcase proposed solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product advancements in ELV and ICT to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Work closely with the post-sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineer, IT, Computer Engineering.
- Proven experience of 6-8 years in sales within the ELV, Security Camera, and ICT System Annual Maintenance industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of industry products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- AutoCAD experince in required.
