Elv Site Engineer

Description:

To be successful as an ELV Site Engineer, candidates should demonstrate strong technical, coordination, and leadership skills to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems at project sites. The role involves supervising site teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper execution of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Structured Cabling, and Audio-Visual systems, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ELV Site Engineer also ensures accurate documentation, supports system integration, and coordinates with consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in ELV project execution and site supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Structured Cabling, and Audio-Visual systems
• Familiar with AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
• Skilled in site supervision, project planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor management
• Experienced in testing, commissioning, and integration of ELV systems
• Proficient in preparing as-built documentation, inspection checklists, and QA/QC reports
• Knowledge of HSE standards, safety compliance, and local authority regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with accountability, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
• Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
