Elv Supervisor

Description:

Digizen is seeking a skilled and motivated ELV Supervisor to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in ELV systems who can effectively manage installation, testing, commissioning, and site operations while ensuring project requirements are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising technical teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project execution from site surveys through completion. Strong technical expertise in BMS systems, electrical panel wiring, troubleshooting, and site management is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ELV installation, testing, and commissioning activities

• Manage Building Management System (BMS) implementation and project execution

• Lead technicians and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals

• Monitor site activities and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ELV systems

• Experience in a supervisory or engineering role preferred

• Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Ability to supervise and lead technical teams

• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Ability to work independently and manage site activities

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong knowledge of:

• Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Installation, testing, and commissioning activities

• Electrical panel wiring and troubleshooting

• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

• Bypass Starter Panels

• Site surveys and proposal preparation
