Emirati Financial Literacy Counselor / Educator

Job Summary: As a Financial Literacy Counselor, you will play a key role in providing guidance, education, and support to individuals looking to improve their financial knowledge and well-being. You will be responsible for delivering one-on-one and group counseling sessions, designing financial literacy workshops, and helping participants develop personalized financial plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, education, or counseling and a passion for empowering people with the skills and knowledge they need to manage their finances effectively.

Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, education, counseling, or related field

-Emirati National

Experience:

·Minimum 4 years of experience in financial counseling, personal finance education, or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of personal finance topics including budgeting, credit, debt management, and retirement planning.

·Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.

·Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others achieve financial independence.

·Familiarity with financial literacy tools and technology (e.g., budgeting apps, financial calculators).

·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
