Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in End User Support, Desktop Support, or IT Support roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with end users and stakeholders
• Practical hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems
• Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 (O365)
• Experience working within structured corporate IT environments
• Prior UAE work experience will be considered an added advantage
