Join our team at City Seasons Al Hamra – Abu Dhabi and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our hotel facilities! We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Engineering Supervisor to support our Engineering Department and ensure smooth operations across the property.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure the smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Assign tasks and oversee the performance of the engineering team
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Support management in planning and executing renovation or upgrade projects
• Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests

Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience as Engineering Supervisor or similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
✔️ Strong technical knowledge of MEP and building maintenance systems
✔️ Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
✔️ Can join immediately
