Description:
A leading Engineering & Construction company is looking for a qualified E&P Executive (SAP) with strong experience in equipment and transport rental management within Oil & Gas / ADNOC projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential rental companies with strong ICV performance.
- Float RFQs to shortlisted rental companies for equipment and transport hiring as per the E&P/Planning manifest.
- Arrange and compile vendor quotations on a priority basis.
- Submit quotations for management review and approval.
- Negotiate pricing and general terms & conditions with vendors.
- Prepare and align DOR (Division of Responsibility) with rental companies to ensure process clarity.
- Finalize and lock required equipment per project schedule with vendors.
- Prepare Service Orders (SO) in SAP and follow up for necessary approvals.
- Share approved SO with rental companies for acknowledgment and mobilization.
- Arrange all equipment documentation and share with E&P/site teams for approval as per ADNOC standards.
- Maintain sound knowledge of long-term rental agreements, commercial clauses, and terms.
- Review and validate timesheets and invoices before submission.
- Ensure timely invoice parking, posting, and coordination with Finance for payment release.
- Strong understanding of shutdown equipment handling (min. 3–4 years) with ADNOC.
- Familiar with CICPA and Al Dhafra region operational requirements.
- Good expediting skills and commercial awareness in handling rental operations.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3–4 years minimum experience in Shutdown / Rental Equipment Management within ADNOC projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP (Service Order, Invoice handling, Vendor coordination).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
