Speed Auto Systems is looking for a motivated and results-oriented ERP Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals who enjoy sales, technology, and developing long-term business relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting ERP and automation solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding clients toward software solutions that best fit their operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.

• Promote ERP, software, and automation solutions to prospective clients.

• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and live software demonstrations.

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales process.

• Schedule meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and successfully close sales.

• Build strong client relationships while achieving assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Previous experience in ERP sales, software sales, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality.

• UAE sales experience is an advantage.

• Experience in the automotive, vehicle leasing, dealership, workshop, car rental, or fleet management industry is considered a plus.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • ERP software and business solutions.

    • B2B sales processes and lead management.

    • Customer relationship management and sales presentations.
