SUMMARY
Responsible for leading the ERP/EPM IT cross functional solutions/strategy and driving application related improvements for our Restaurant Business and across our organization. Driving ERP/EPM related solutions initiatives, ensuring best practices are followed to make effective use of processes, applications, tools, and technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation - Design and Development
- Ensure consistency, uniformity of all ERP/EPM solutions across all IT EA systems
- Facilitate the design of processes for input, review and maintenance of ERP/EPM solutions ensuring standardization
- Ensure understanding and alignment of current ERP/EPM setup and introduce continuous improvements using modern technologies
- Facilitate the execution of cross functional solutions
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and lead the design of efficient, scalable solutions in the ERP/EPM. Providing technical direction and expertise related to strategic ERP/EPM solutions
- Create and maintain design documents relating to ERP/EPM solutions which may involve developing detailed source-to-target mapping and criteria/rules for data, integrations, reports, workflows or enhancements
- Develop solutions in Oracle Cloud - Finance, SCM, Procurement and HCM applications integrating with Restaurant systems such as NCR Aloha, CrunchTime and external systems like 3PL, Banks etc.
- Design and develop new solutions, processes, connections, data maps, integration platforms and complete setups in Oracle PaaS applications (PCS, OIC, VBCS, DBCS) to support business needs
- Establish and maintain integration standards and protocols
- Design and develop key integration monitoring and exception reporting standards, processes and programs.
- Develop and build Knowledge Management related to Integrations
- Responsible for documenting and sharing knowledge about integration programs with other team members.
- Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of Oracle and other vendor product updates and its impact on integrations.
Process Improvement
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to analyze new requirements and recommend solutions in the Cloud ERP and EPM applications
- Assist in evaluating existing integrations, map capabilities, standards and guidelines for scalability, security, error logging, auditing and determine suitable modifications to better serve the needs of the business.
- Assist in identifying, developing, and implementing automation strategies for integrations.
- Propose, plan, initiate, direct, and document projects to test architectural proposals and concepts which may involve industry trends and new technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management.
Production Support
- Assist in resolution and execution of incidents and service requests related to integrations.
- Support and monitor existing integration processes
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, business finance or related field required
- 15+ years of working on ERP related solutions - analysis, setup, control and governance
- Experience configuring/building solutions leveraging Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications
- Configuration of an QSR/retail specific industry standard solution
- Demonstrated experience on Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance, HCM, SCM, Procurement, EPM applications
- Demonstrated experience using delivered/custom Adapters to help Americana establish secure connections
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategies/solutions in relations to the business processes and the ERP
- Expertise on Oracle Cloud Finance, HCM, SCM, Procurement, EPM applications
- Knowledge of integration in relation to QSR related technologies like FOH - Aloha, BoH - CrunchTime and Sales Repository systems etc.
