Erp Techno Functional Consultant

Description:

Key responsibilities: -

· Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and transform same to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.

· Develop solution design and lead client throughout implementation and support phases.

· Provide necessary Solutions to develop a Real Estate Property Development Module using Construction, Contracting, Manufacturing, Subcontracting, Project Management Module etc to supervise the Construction of the Building.

· Develop Contractors, Consultants, Creditors etc module/portals to fully automate project execution

· Work closely with ERP development team, web developers, and management professionals to derive best solutions for ERP and ensure systems are functioning properly.

· Work closely with the engineering team involved in the Development of Real Estate Property for sale to successfully initiate RFQs, Tendering, Contracts, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Management, Measure and Monitor the Monthly Progress of the Projects by recording live data in the BOQ through ERP.

· Lead design activities defining requirements, testing and provide direction to ERP manager and junior consultants.

· Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed Modules.

· Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.

· Review and recommend overall systems/application architecture, including ERP to have the most secure, robust and scalable architecture.
