Hiring Escrow Accountant (Immediate Joiner preferred)

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key escrow-related processes, including escrow fund allocation, account activation, and payment release, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escrow Fund Allocation: Accurately allocate funds to proper escrow accounts based on contractual and transactional guidelines.
- Escrow Account Activation: Set up and activate escrow accounts, ensuring all compliance requirements and documentation are in place.
- Escrow Payment Release: Process and release escrow disbursements following approval workflows and regulatory standards.
- Reconcile escrow accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all escrow activities.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and third parties to coordinate escrow operations.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years directly handling escrow accounts.
- Strong understanding of escrow processes and related financial controls.
- Proficiency with accounting software and escrow management platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or others).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
