Estimation Engineer (Civil) – A reputed Contracting Company in Dubai seeks a well experienced Estimation Engineer for Tendering Department. Candidates must be a Civil Engineer with other relevant qualifications & minimum 8-10 year UAE experience in Tender Department of large contracting/construction companies. The incumbent should have updated knowledge of current market rates and will be completely responsible for all Tender submissions by studying Tender documents/drawings, evaluating all costs including labour, materials, equipment’s and subcontractors’ quotations in line with management strategies. Must be well versed with complete pre-tendering, pre/post tender evaluations/ verifications, contract negotiations, cost analysis, value engineering, team management, cost control etc. Candidates strictly matching the required qualifications and current experience/career in Tendering/Estimation department with proven track record shall only be considered and may send their resumes to hr@bsguae.com.
