Estimation Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer Fitout. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting project estimations, and overseeing civil engineering aspects. The role will also involve negotiation, research, and project coordination.

Qualifications
 

• Minimum 2 year experience in similar field in GCC
• Experience in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and civil engineering
• Strong negotiation and research skills
• Ability to coordinate and oversee fit-out projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
