Estimation Engineer

Description:

(1) Technical Engineer/Estimation Engineer

- Review enquiries and Prepare for quotation coming from Main Contractor/Clients/Suppliers

- Prepares quotation as per project specifications, BOQ and drawings and other technical documents related to the enquiry.

- Collaborates with Main Contractor/Clients through follow-ups regarding quotation approvals.

- Coordinates with suppliers/manufacturers regarding material rates, availability, and system compliance to project documents.

- Prepares material submittal, shop drawings and other required technical documents as per project requirements.

- Coordinates approvals from Main Contractor/Client of submitted materials submittals, shop drawings and other submitted technical documents

- Support the project manager in overseeing projects, identifying and addressing any technical deviations as they arise.

- Attends technical meetings as required to support the completion of project.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline (BS Civil or Chemical Engineering) or similar.

Experience in a similar technical role recommended.

Experience or knowledge with Abu Dhabi Standards and Estidama requirements preferred.

Experience working as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience recommended.
