Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimation Engineer based in Dubai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project cost estimation, and conducting research. They will also be involved in negotiating with suppliers and contractors, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions of estimates. Some work from home is acceptable as part of this role.

Qualifications

• BOQ and Project Estimation skills
• Civil Engineering and Research skills
• Negotiation and Coordination skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with project management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• experience in fit out estimation for FNB & Retail outlests is a must
• Experinece with Dubai major malls and developers is a must.
• Autocad Knowlege must be excelleny
