Estimation Engineer

DSC Facilities Services, a well-established facilities management company, is looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support its growing operations. The company is known for delivering efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical abilities who can prepare precise cost estimates and contribute to successful project bidding. The Estimation Engineer will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely submissions for various facilities management projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of facilities management services

• Handle estimation for both hard and soft services including MEP systems, civil works, cleaning, security, and landscaping

• Work in coordination with business development, operations, procurement, and project teams

• Ensure all bid submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines

• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and cost factors to develop effective pricing strategies

• Support in evaluating contract terms and service delivery models

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in estimation, preferably within Facilities Management or MEP industries

• Strong understanding of facilities management service models, pricing structures, and contract types

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, estimating tools, and MS Office applications

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure
