Estimation Engineer / Estimator

Description:

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer / Estimator to join a leading Roads & Infrastructure Construction company in Dubai.
Key Requirements
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience (up to 8 years may be considered)
✅ Experience with Roads, Highways, Infrastructure, Earthworks, or Asphalt projects
✅ Main Contractor experience preferred
✅ Strong expertise in:
Cost Estimation & Project Costing
BOQ Preparation & Quantity Take-Off
Tendering & Bid Preparation
Budgeting & Cost Analysis
Vendor & Subcontractor Negotiation
Commercial Evaluation
Ideal Candidate
✔ Currently based in Dubai/UAE (preferred)
✔ Around 30 years of age
✔ Strong analytical and commercial mindset
✔ Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
