LMI is looking to onboard a detail-oriented and technically skilled Estimator / Draftsman to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on technical project details, and is capable of managing estimates and drafts for retail and commercial projects. Candidates with strong AutoCAD skills and a UAE driving license are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Review project inquiries and categorize them based on defined priorities.
• Assess drawings against specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy.
• Provide accurate pricing for both project and retail-based inquiries.
• Maintain and update manufacturer price lists in the internal product library.
• Engage in direct communication and negotiations with suppliers to finalize best offers.
• Address customer inquiries related to product specs, pricing, and product durability.
• Ensure proposals adhere to established profit margin guidelines, securing prior approvals for exceptions.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and issue offers to clients as per project requirements.
• Draft quotations and tenders for both large-scale projects and retail sales needs.
• Create cost-effective value-engineered backup proposals when necessary.
• Ensure submission of complete offers with all supporting documents as per tender guidelines.
• Handle document submittals promptly and with precision.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely order releases.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time shipping and delivery of goods.
• Maintain an organized schedule for personal task tracking and project updates.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Professionally represent the company during meetings with clients and architects.
