Estimator

Description:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for printing jobs (offset, digital, large format, packaging, etc.)

Analyze job specifications, materials, labor, machine time, and overheads

Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for pricing accuracy

Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and pricing breakdowns for clients

Monitor cost variations and suggest cost-optimization measures

Maintain records of estimates, pricing trends, and vendor rates

Support negotiation and profitability analysis for projects

Requirements

4–5 years of experience as an Estimator in the printing industry

Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and machinery

Good analytical and numerical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple estimates
